​Leases are to help riders that are unsure of what they want to accomplish with horses, ​
if they want to be competitive or even just allow them more riding time , with out the costs of owning and responsibility. Our lease programs, as our barn is now getting busy, have changed and are final for seasons to come. Leases are designed for you to be around horses and enable you to ride more like when going on trails with a possible group or road riding ( where we do not always have to be present on trail). You must ride a minimum 3+ times per week to be eligible to show.​

All Leases include: Tack if available* brushes (but we always encourage our riders to purchase there  own items), ex: splint boots , bell boots, saddle pads, rope reins and breast collars. This allows them to take care of their items and have nicer things for shows. Its less costly to buy one item at a time instead of all at once, especially if your using the leased horse for a trial to see if owning a horse is something you want in the future. Leases are based on availability - we only have so many horses and ponies available.

Half-Lease is $300 per month​
This includes 4 lessons, and 1 free ride per week with options on supervised group trail rides. No shows are available to half leases, the amount of work that has to go in to your horse or pony to be in athletic shape to enable your horse to run is not offered at this level of riding . ​

Three-Quarter Lease is $375 per month​
This includes 4 lessons, and 6 free rides per month with options on supervised group trail rides. Shows may be available to the lessee at the discretion of Megan Desjardins.​

Full Lease is $450 per month ​
This includes 4 lessons and unlimited free riding, road riding if the rider is over 18, and group trail riding only with Megan or Steve present. No leased horses/ponies are to be on trails without Megan or Steve. This level of lease allows you to go to any and all shows, as long as you are meeting the amount of weekly riding requirements, ask Megan to outline these for you if you are interested in showing. You may attend Club Shows as well as Fairs with this lease. Please ask Megan for show dates and costs associated with showing. We want to help you reach your goals! ​
